Evan Deuitch is an environmental photographer whose projects deal with the recordable evidence of human activity on space. Whereas his work in the past has dealt with internal spaces (homes, studios, college facilities), his attention has now shifted to the external environment. Extreme water discoloration caused by hyrdro-fracking, and the prevalence of graffiti on the neglected site of Centralia are both evidence of environmental change as a result of human irresponsibility. Evan is currently pursuing a BFA in photography at the Pennsylvania State University.
